Major Giving

Our major gifts program enables donors to designate their contribution for a specific acquisition or help fund a high priority project or program within the health system. A wonderful example of this is the expansion of the Frank & Edith Scarpa Regional Cancer Pavilion in 2010. After the ribbon-cutting ceremony in April, several donors came forward to contribute funds and name a room or area in the facility. These gifts ranged from a $5,000 commitment from two SJH employees, to a $25,000 pledge from the SJH Auxiliary, to a $100,000 pledge from Regional Diagnostic Imaging to name the main lobby on the 1st floor of the Frank & Edith Scarpa Regional Cancer Pavilion.
